How delivery & return works:
How
When you book with us you’ll provide us with your delivery and return dates, as well as your shipping address. Our minimum hire duration is 2 days with a maximum hire duration of 4 weeks, which can be extended if necessary. If you provide us with your mobile number, you will receive a text notification message from the courier on the delivery morning, giving you a one hour delivery window. At the end of the hire, please pack up the kit (preferably into the original box), attach the returns label sent with the kit and take the parcel to a courier Drop Off Shop in your area. A Drop Off Shop finder link will be provided. We will let you know if we need to book a courier collection from your address, due to a large order.
NB. It is not possible to place a booking on a Saturday or Sunday, with a delivery request for the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
When
We send the gear to arrive on the day specified in your hire booking. For equipment returns, please take the parcel to a Drop Off Shop on the date that you have set as your end of hire (return) date. We can only deliver equipment on weekdays, but we are happy to use your work address if you are unable to be home to sign for the kit. IMPORTANT: If you have a hard deadline please set your start date to at least 2 (working) days prior to your departure date, so that any possible delivery problems do not cause a delay.
Where
We will deliver to and collect from any UK address, excluding Northern Ireland.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas, eg Highlands and Islands will incur additional courier charges and may take longer. Parcels over 10kgs in weight, or extra parcels sent due to the size and weight of the kit, will also incur additional charges.
We will also deliver to one address and collect from another, just let us know your addresses when you book the hire. We are always happy to discuss special delivery requirements or arrange local pickup if you are near us in East Sussex.
NB. We are unable to ship our kit to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
